Easy Peanut Butter Pie
(pictured here without the whipped topping)
LOVE this pie! And LOVE how easy it is to throw together!
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
9 oz. cool whip
1 graham cracker crust
Mix first 4 ingredients plue 1/2 of cool whip. Spoon mixture into crust and top with remaining cool whip. Regrigerate until set (about 3 hours.)
Note: If you prefer a firmer pie, store in the freezer. To serve, thaw for about 10 minutes.
